Q: I keep burning alternators what could be the problem
I burned up 4 alternators what could be the problem
My car has 174000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.
It is possible that one or two of them were just bad as a new part as most alternators are remanufactured rather than brand new. I would also double check the workmanship performed on the vehicle.
