Q: How do you add a voice tag to an entry in the HandsFreeLink on?

When you create entries in the HandsFreeLink® (HFL) system, you’re given the option of creating a voice tag at that time. However, you can also add a voice tag later on if you change your mind. Here’s what you should know:

1. Press phone

2. Choose phone setup

3. Choose speed dial

4. Choose the existing entry you want to modify

5. Choose store voice tag

6. Press the talk button

7. Follow the system prompts

Tips

• Don’t use the same voice tag as another entry

• Don’t use “home” as a voice tag

• Try to use longer tags as they’re easier for the system to recognize
