Only with applying the starter sprayIt does only when applying starter spray in it. Without the spray it will not crank overIt would be easier by text if possible

Starting fluid should have no effect on the engines ability to turn over, but it can start an engine.

No, it feels like there is no power to the pump. But the pump is new and the starter relay has been replaced as well

ok, if you arent sure you hear the pump running for a few seconds whn you turn on the key, have someone open the fuel door and listen as you turn on the key
