Does the intake manifold wear out from regular use?

My car has 108000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

Hello. Typically intake manifolds do not wear out from use. Your vehicle should have a plastic manifold so unless the engine was overheated at any point it should not wear out. If the vehicle is not properly maintained then it may have some carbon build up inside of it that can be cleaned but that is all that usually occurs with these.
