I'm seeing the words "reduced rpm" and nothing else. This doesn't give me anything to go on as far as trying to assist you. So, can you spend a few minutes and provide me with some details please.

99 done ram 2500
No throttle response just put new calibrated tps on and completed the relearn99 dodge ram 2500 24 valve cummins

P1689p0236Foot on throttle goes 1500 rpm and that all she'll giveIdles at 850 revsI am stranded 250 miles to home

I'm sorry to hear you are in a bit of a spot. The P1689 code is indicative of an internal failure of your high pressure injection pump. The fix for this code is to replace the high pressure pump. Hope that helps.

After idle for 10 minutes or so engine revs to 1500 rpm

Ok but you’ll still need to change the pump to fix this. Very common for these engines by the way.
