Good Afternoon, my name is \*\*\*\*\* \*\*\*\*\* ill be helping you, so sorry to hear about the issues here on the VW, I know how frustrating it can be to deal with transmission related issues. If all these issues started after the service then yes i do suspect it was something that this mechanic did. He either used the wrong fluid or did not put the correct amount of fluid back in. I would recommend we contact him again to give him the chance to fix his mistake, but i am confident that this was due to a mistake he made.
