Good Morning . Yes it is safe to drive , the mileage is more or an indicator then the time period . The 3 months is just a good time reference if your odometer doesn't work since people generally drive around 1000 miles a month . People who barely drive I usually recommend they come once a year just to get everything checked .

Ok. It says engine oil change soon. But I can go ahead?
Automotive Expert
Yes you can wait , that is just a timed reminder . Its possible it wasnt reset at your last oil change .

Thank you

you are welcome

Hi there. The code P0171 (https://www.yourmechanic.com/article/p0171-obd-ii-trouble-code-system-too-lean-bank-1-by-andrew-quinn) is caused by the engine getting too hot and not having enough fuel to burn. Check the fuel injectors, fuel pressure, and the fuel pump to see if they are working properly. Since the...

There is a part on the throttle body that broke, where and how would I go about finding another?
if you are referring to the plastic case that contains the "throttle position sensor" (TPS), the TPS is readily available in the new aftermarket or even as a new OEM (dealer) part. The throttle body itself, and all associated parts...
Valve Cover Gasket 2006 Toyota Highlander
Hi there - a leaking valve cover gasket (https://www.yourmechanic.com/article/how-long-does-a-valve-cover-gasket-last) can cause misfires if spark plugs, plug wires/boots or coils get wet with oil, and there is a risk of fire if oil leaks onto the exhaust manifold. So it makes...
