Can somebody mess up my brakes putting a battery in my 2013 Ford Escape?

My car has 95000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

Just by replacing a battery cannot damage the brakes in any way unless the battery cables were accidently hooked up backwards. If a battery was hooked up backwards then the systems and fuses can be burned out or damaged. This is only way damage can be done.
