Sounds like you may be having two issues. The A/C and the fan work completely independent from each other. The A/C is a sealed system that routes cold refrigerant into a radiator like part called an evaporator. The evaporator is located in your dash. The air you feel in your vents is the air that the fan blows across the evaporator. The fan is completely separate. It’s only function is to blow air. Depending on what you select, the air from the fan will be directed over a cold surface like the evaporator or a hot surface like the heater core. So you can have an issue with the A/C not working and a separate issue if the fan is only working sometimes. I would suggest seeking the help form a qualified mechanic, such as one from YourMechanic, to help determine the cause of your A/C issue.

My vehicle won't accelerate, then it will?
Hi Dennis. Assuming, the check engine light is not coming on, leads me to believe the ECM (engine control module)/computer is not recognizing the fault. The most likely cause is, a faulty ETC (electronic throttle control) throttle body (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/throttle-body-replacement). This...

It sounds like you may be having an issue with the auxilary cord itself. These cords often times fail internally causing one or more speakers to stop playing sound. I would recommend getting a new aux cord to rule out...
if my transmission fluid was filled a quart over could this cause my reduced engine power light to come on?
Hi there. Usually the reduced power light is caused by an engine component failure, like the throttle body, TPS or bad O2 sensors. It is very possible that the additional transmission fluid has created a trouble code that might have...
