I needed a pre-purchase inspection, before I purchased a used car in another city 1.5 hours away. I couldn't be there for the inspection, so I was completely dependent on Shawn's expertise. Although the van was in excellent shape overall, Shawn found several undisclosed problems, estimated the repair cost, and the Seller reimbursed me for those needed repairs! Shawn also answered two of my calls to his cell phone, which gave me additional information I needed on the van.
