Patrick was extremely responsive and communicative before the appointment even started. I messaged him some details right after I created the appointment and he responded with options and solutions immediately, a couple hours before the appointment even started. When he arrived he took care of the problem working from the simplest solution up. Everything was fixed easier and faster then expected. Will never go to a mechanic shop again...

Patrick figured out what was really wrong with the car versus the previous mechanic who misdiagosed....was without a car for 4 days and instead of the starter was the battery...which took less than an hour.
