I’m a petite woman that drives a beautiful Camaro Convertible. He was on time and did the job. I did a lot of research prior to setting up the appointment and knew exactly what the problem was and what part needed to be replaced so that made his job easy. He brought the part and I told him that would fix it and guess what...it did fix it exactly. No more is needed to be done and I’m happy.

Noe has now become "my mechanic", whether he knows it or not. he took his time showing me the front brakes and explained the rotor and how the brakes actually do their job. He explained it to me in no - technical terms because I wanted to know and see how my brakes worked. He is my guy for car repair. Absolutely!!!!!

Noe was great. He had to reschedule my initial appointment, but managed to come two hours early to the rescheduled time. Only took him about 20 minutes to finish his work. Would recommend.

Noe arrived ahead of time after confirming to come earlier. He confirmed car didn’t turn over. I let him know that my code reader stated “misfire on #6. He checked #1 spark plug and confirmed dirty. He showed me the spark plugs and yes dirty. Noe recommended first changing spark plugs then see what happens. So he proved a quote for a spark plug change. Also, today’s summary was provided of other areas assessed ie fluid level checks (oil, transmission, and brake). Noe’s appt was 20 min max therefore gave me a $30 credit for next appt. I will have another service on a second car this week ie Timing Belt and water pump replaced.

Noe was great, got here early and had to wait for me since I was running late. He got right to work trying to figure out the issue with my car. We have a few odd issues going on so he told me step by step what we should do next and let me know he would also add his recommendations to our account (which he did within a few minutes of our appt ending). We will definitely have him back out if we need more help!
