I have12+ years in the automotive field. I started his career as a lube technician at Jiffy Lube, and continued to further my education at local dealerships, and personal project cars at home. I am currently managing a Jiffy Lube. I hold a A/C certification, leadership certification, and numerous awards for shop performance and customer service. Norman loves GM muscle cars, and prefers v8 engines over anything.
