Matthew was great! I’ve had poor interactions with getting my car serviced before, so I was nervous about today, and he was awesome. I felt super comfortable with his work and I’m extremely happy he was able to fix some smaller issues while he fixed my main one.

Figured out the problem within 15 minutes, and he then explained the options I had, not pressuring me to do anything, which I really appreciated. A little frustrating cause it took 3 visits to solve the problem. However, the wait was worth it. Matt is very patient, persistent, and capable. We also clicked. I am very pleased with Matt and the efficiency shown by Your Mechanic office workers and Matt in terms of scheduling, informing, and contacting me throughout the process.
