Very professional, installed my headlights in a timely manner and shared some very important issues with my car. Apologies for not getting the right phone number. He was trying calling me upon arrival but later found out he was dialing a different or wrong number. Sorry for that.

Mr. Lamar was through with his assessment of my car and explained everything that needed to be done and why. He was very professional and even though I needed more work done than I expected, I trust what he told me and it didn’t feel like an upsale or anything like that.

Upon further review, most of the services that the mechanic suggested were not needed. The quote included several additional recommended services that I personally believe were money grabs. I would not recommend this service to the average consumer. For instance, the cabin air filter was suggested to be changed, I personally had just changed this on Wednesday (17Jan24) and the engine air filter had been changed during my last oil change (November 2023) but both were "recommended". You are paying for the convenience of on site service in more ways than one. Not for me.
