Joseph texted his plan to arrive ahead of the time and he arrived on time. He is thorough in what he is doing, explained process. While I was suggesting a few things, he was very interactive and inclusive. He patiently waited till I test drove after the repair. I am happy.

Joseph was prompt and courteous. He described the services I listed to be serviced and proceeded to repair. During his diagnostic of my vehicle he discovered a few other trouble areas (that I knew about) and offered to give me a quote for those services as well. Because of his experience and the time he took to explain the various scenarios that could happen if the vehicle was driven I asked him for another appointment to repair.
