This was my second time using Joel from Your Mechanic. For Joel, time is money so he quickly got started replacing both belts. He finished within 40 minutes and then took time to diagnose why my engine light was on. It turned out to be a simple fix, reset the gas cap. If you are considering using Your Mechanic, I highly recommend their service and especially Joel.

Joel promptly arrived at the appointed time. He was tasked with performing 5 maintenace services. He promptly completed the five tasks. In addition, he diagnosed another issue that I was going to achedule an inspection for, saving me the cost of the inspection. I had a good experience using Joel.

Joel is great. Arrived right on time, did an excellent job (tune-up), talked to me about a couple of other issues, showed me exactly where and what the issues were, and we set-up next steps to take care of them. Being that the car has over 380k miles, the issues were to be expected, but he found them when the chain car repair place missed them on some previous work. Great personality, easy to work with. I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience.
