Ivan was on time, thorough and detailed.

Best mechanic I've had. Always knows what's going on and asks the right questions to find out what the problems. I need struts and springs but not yet. I don't drive the car much. Ivan is so easy to talk to. Very patient with me while I try to understand his question.

So many positive things to say about Ivan. He was on time. I expected someone kind of smelling like grease but Ivan was very clean. (Hope that's okay to say.) As he was working to diagnose the issue, I noted he was checking all the areas that came up when I searched the potential problem on the Internet. Ivan instilled confidence that he knew what he was doing He had all the tools he might need and worked quietly and efficiently, even in the dark environment of my parking garage. He was concerned he might not be able to complete the repair as the wiring did not match what it should have been. He did fix it, and showed me what I could do if the problem ever happened again. I would 100% recommend Ivan to anyone. We will also likely use Ivan again, if we have car trouble in the future. I am still waiting, nearly three weeks later, to hear back from a service associate at the dealership. Thank you, Ivan. You are terrific.

Ivan showed up right on time, started work immediately. We spoke briefly about what the issue could be - Ivan then went forward with an inspection and believe it to just be a dead battery instead of a bad starter. He replaced the battery and the truck started right up. He finished his inspection noting fluid levels/conditions as well as tire tread depth. Overall, solid assist!
