Clifton

Clifton is great. My appointment was supposed to be for Tuesday, but due to a part not being delivered until a day later...I was sent a text from Clifton letting me know that he would not be able to fix my car on Tuesday. I also got an email about it, but when I went to the website to reschedule, the system wasn't working properly. So I couldn't reschedule, but Wednesday afternoon I got a call from Clifton letting me know that he was available at that time and if I would like for him to come over and fix my car. About 30 mins later, Clifton showed up at my house and fixed my car. He also apologized about having to reschedule and the part not getting there on time. Thank you Clifton for helping me and fixing my car. With definitely be using his service and again and recommending him and this website to my family and friends.

Clifton came with a smile on his face. He was courteous and professional. He tested car door to ensure me that repair was complete and explained recommendations to me.

Clifton was great. He showed up early, was fair in reducing the charge when the extra services weren't needed and had great customer service.

Clifton did a great job with the work on my Acura. I needed new rotors and brake pads on all four wheels. Clifton was prompt with his arrival, efficient and thorough with his work, and after driving the past two days since completed, my brakes are as good if not better than the last time I had rotors and pads replaced at the dealership. Would highly recommend.

i purchased a Car MD a while ago and my jeep dashboard light came on for Check engine light.. i have a crazy schedule and really no time to take time off of work to get this checked. While i was viewing "My Garage" on Car Md the "Your Mechanic" site popped up and i put in the codes and the site explained what they were . Then the site asked if i wanted to book an appointment and they would come to me. Humm I was Curious so i booked my Appointment on line and the price was good and within my budget . I received an email confirmation and a text message telling me who was coming and his profile & picture.. OMG this is a GREAT concept and IDEA. i got a text notifying me that my mechanic Clifton was on his way. And Clifton was actually early for the appointment. Clifton introduced himself and he was professional very polite and informative on things that i really need to get done on my jeep.. While he was here i asked about some other stuff and Clifton told me he would send me some quotes via email on his recommendations. Yes i did receive the quotes and YES i will be booking additional appointments with this service. The best part of this service is that i didn't have to take time off of work and go and sit at the dealer or mechanic shop, this took the worry out of everything and NO pressure to sell me something. Once he completed the service he thanked me for using this service and told me i will have a detailed report via email. And Yes i got the Report too!!! HOW COOL IS THAT!!!

He was very professional. He texted that he had finished a previous appointment early and asked if he could come sooner. I didn't need one scheduled service so he didn't charge for that though I would have never known. I would highly recommend him and hope to use his services in the future.
