This is my first time using YourMechanic, so I was a bit nervous and didn't know what to expect. Ben came to my apartment on time with a friendly smile and went straight to service my car methodically. Very good impression with YourMechanic service!

Car still is not running properly. Ben was advised the compressor is still noisy after I test drive it prior to his departure. Additionally I drove it on freeway and the compressor kept activating numerous times throughout the drive. Was told to give it a couple of days but think the compressor is defective. Not satisfied with the initial service which has gotten me to this point. Problem needs to be resolved soon.
