Audie is awesome. He arrived on time and does a great job. During the service, he told me that I had a bad differential pinion seal (driveshaft) due to the splatter under the bed. Its great to have an honest and experience mechanic that looks for other issues instead of only doing the service. His recommendation helped me get my truck fixed right. I appreciate his time and professionalism.

What can I say about Audi other than he’s fantastic! After two mechanics couldn’t get the correct part installed, wrong times and wrong locations made by customer service, a Sunday appointment cancelled last minute, I was beyond livid! Audie shows up the next day and saved me from more inconvenience and hassle. He could immediately see my level of frustration and knew exactly how to calm me down. He was nice, understanding, and tried all he could do to help me get my car fixed and turn this bad situation around. He went to the right location, accessed my car (I already consulted with another mechanic) and I could tell he knew what he was doing! And most importantly cared and genuinely wanted to help. My car required a specific part from the dealer so it wasn’t just an easy fix. He came back with the right part, installed it correctly and my car is finally fixed! I wasn’t able to be there for the appointment but he kept me updated throughout the process as I was worried it wouldn’t be fixed that day. When I got home from work, my sister let me know how very polite he was! He’s the one you want to request to work in your car if you use this service, no one else! He’s the best and will go above and beyond! A very big thank you to Audie, great mechanic and great person!

AUDIE is such a gentleman he arrived even 30minutes earlier straight to the point he inspected the all the electrical fuses he made sure that nothing electrical was the cause of my hummer h2 to get stuck in park position....than he made sure to have it bypassed and to shift back to D so I could drive my hummer back to the dealers and they will have a look....Audie made sure not to damage any interior components while removing the centre console unit in order to get to the location of the problem....he was tidy and very well equipped...I will definitely call him in the future if I had anything wrong in my car or if I need to have my car serviced.
