Andrew was very professional, knowledgeable & transparent when he came to diagnose problem as well as when he returned to do the work. He replaced my alternator, which required quite a bit of time & labor. He definitely worked hard & did quality work. He seemed very conscientious re: all aspects of the running of my car. I would definitely use him again, if the need arises. I especially appreciated how transparent & honest he was. He would answer all my questions & pointed out potential problems with the car. Was uneasy to use mobile mechanic for 1st time, however very reassuring to have such a knowledgeable & experienced mechanic do the repairs. 5stars for sure!

Mechanic informed me that he is a diabetic, He is not take care of himself. He needs to bring food and water, with him to prevent his sugar from dropping. he asked me for sugar water. I do not use SUGAR. But I offered him some gum. Which he turned down. He did accept bottle of water and some old peppermint candy I have if MY sugar level drops. So this is my only complain, so help that man??
