The oil resides in the oil pan, which is under the car attached to the bottom of the engine. All internal (moving) parts of the engine need to be lubricated by the engine oil. Well this was my first experience with your mechanic and it was not good. First mechanic had car issues and could not make the first appointment, then the next mechanic the next day was 1 hour and 15 min late to the appointment. (Appointment was at 9am mechanic did not arrive till 10:15am).
