Casey Dmitriev was superior in every way. His work showed that he is highly talented as a mechanic and the decency of his interaction was outstanding. Casey was so helpful. It was a rare experience of trust in an automobile repair process from the price to the advice. I would recommend Casey and this company to anyone needing this kind of service.

Paris arrived a bit later than expected. He came with the wrong part, and had to return to vendor to exchange for the correct part. He stated the vendor had the correct part and the correct part was ordered, so it was the vendor's mistake. The part order was not placed by Paris. It would make sense to include a mechanic checklist item of confirmation at pickup that the right part is being picked up.
