I was a bit skeptical using an internet auto mechanic, but I am so glad I did. Jose arrived on time, introduced himself, tested the system, then went right to work. After showing up a bit late which Karla apologized for ,Karla went to work diagnosing the problems of my car. Karla walked me through what was going on and how Karla was going to solve the problem.
