Enrique showed up timely and messaged through the app and called me as well since I didn't see the initiate alert. I appreciate that he reviewed what would be done to confirm it is what I meant to be done. He communicated a realistic timeline. Once the work was done Enrique walked me through that he had completed everything and what future work would be done.
