Sam was awesome! I needed my front brakes changed. He looked at the rotors and immediately let me know that the driver's side hardware also needed replaced. He clearly explained the issue: what it looked like and what it SHOULD look like (a big difference!). He was very easy to get along with and quite patient. He knocked out the whole job in no time.
