Joshua was very upbeat in VERY bad weather conditions (torrential rain, wind, and fading light) and challenging car problems! He was well prepared for every obstacle with tools and investigative approaches. Even though the final prognosis was not good it was a very valuable exercise and not just a quick fix. Getting bad news from an honest, positive, and sympathetic doctor softens the blow and Joshua was just that! Very professional, efficient, attentive, and clearly loves mechanical challenges.
