It's my first time to use Mechanic, I like this model personally, but honestly, I did't like my first experience when I booked the service online, but the service from Honorio saved my opinions on Your Machanic. Honorio is a VERY professional mechanic, he is VERY nice and patient. He came to my hose on time, and he helped me understand what my mini's real problem is and explained to me how a car engine actually works inside. I booked a service of replacing engine mount on line, after the replacement, Honorio showed me exactly the difference between a bad engine mount and a good engine mount. You can not only get a good service from Honorio but also get a good knowledge about your car from him or even some potential issues of your car. I would recommend Honorio as your mechanic.

He seemed quite uncertain about how to reset the onboard computer to reflect the work that he did; however, he was able to set it. He was much more confident about doing the actual work. His manner was courteous and professional.
