He's an expert in his profession,very knowledgeable on car repair. He has good respect towards his customers. He fixed the problem on vehicle in less than an hour. He arrived on time for my schedule appointment. Yesterday I had our cadillac schedule for a 1000 oil change at Firestone,they kept me waiting for 4 hours. I finally left Firestone at 2pm,I was not happy. Carlos out perform Firestone big time. I'm never going back to Firestone.
