Jared was absolutely fantastic! He arrived on time, was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem with my car and took the time to explain to me what was going on and needed to be fixed. Jared then obtained the correct part my car required and promptly fixed the problem. In addition, Jared took the time to give me some tips on car maintenance to ensure my Audi will run smoothly. To be honest, I was apprehensive about hiring a mobile mechanic to work on my Audi, as I have had other mobile mechanics come out for other vehicles I’ve had, and I did not have good experiences. However, due to my work schedule and other circumstances, I really needed someone to come to the house. I feel the cards were in my favor this time and I hit the jackpot with Jared. Peter was very courteous and professional. He arrived early, which worked out great for me. I have a basic knowledge of cars and am able to do basic repairs. Once I identified what I had already completed myself and the research I had already done combined with the troubleshoot codes that were appearing on my computer, Peter quickly recognized that he needed to deal with me in a more advanced level of knowledge which I appreciated. He expertly made that transition which gave me confidence that I was dealing with a mechanic who had many years of experience and could tell me what I needed to know.
