Tien called me 30 minutes ahead of the appointment to let me know he is on his way. I needed the factory recommended 60,000 mile service and this included changing the serpentine belt. He inspected the belt and because it was in great shape recommended that I didn't need to change it right away. He called YourMechanic and updated my quote and saved me over $100 from the quoted price. He came prepared with a new Serpentine belt and just took it back with him. He took pictures of the old and new parts that he installed (cabin air filter, oil filter etc) and uploaded them to your mechanic so I had access to it. He also gave recommendations on what to watch for and how I can maximize life out of my car. Highly recommend.
