Deane arrived early for the appointment. He checked to make sure the new alternator for my vehicle was actually necessary and explained why the alternator needed to be replaced. He was personable and easy to speak to. Deane finished the job within the time approximated and demonstrated the finished job. Great experience and very convenient.
