Nathan appeared to have done a good job. He did the work fast and stayed with the car and tested the work done and that it was working properly. We did get a manufacturer specific code that has to be followed up with MINI, but does not appear to be related to his work. I would recommend him to work on my car again when needed.

Brett is excellent! I had a terrible first appointment with Patrick. I had to book a second appointment to finish the work that Patrick did not complete. I also added an oil change. Because Patrick did not communicate that he had the wrong part (he told me I didn't need the part after all so he didn't replace it), the same part was sent out with Brett. Brett was very apologetic and went out of his way to research the part I need and helped me come up with a plan to get my car fixed properly FINALLY!! Oil change done and new part on the way! Brett is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. Be sure to book him for your appointment!! I will never use anyone else.
