Russ was awesome. Did exactly what I needed to have done. Very informative. Some of the best mechanical customer service I've had in a long time. Definitely recommend Russell to anyone in need of mechanical work.

His air compressor stopped working, so the tires did not get filled with air. Other then that it was very convenient!

Our vehicle was not safe to take on the road and had sat for nearly a year. We needed it back on the road asap! I was uneasy about hiring someone I didn't have a personal recommendation from. Immediately, I was at ease, as Allen was not bothered by my questions or concerns. He showed and explained everything in terms I could understand. His goal was to be sure we had the critical work performed to be safe in our travels. He made recommendations for future work and the time frame we should have this work performed. He's on time and does excellent work and we are very pleased!! He is our mechanic! Thanks Allen!!

He was punctual and easy to talk to. I also appreciated his communication prior to the appointment to confirm the details of what he would be doing.

Did a great job! Very detailed inspection that included pictures and audio recordings. I have been taking my previous car to the dealer for years for service and never had the ability to speak to the mechanic directly. Seems like a great transaction that was easy to schedule (same day) and came 5 mins early. I would recommend the car inspection to anyone buying a used car.
