John was excellent! Friendly, fast, and professional with great communication. I was unable to get an Uber in time to the location my car was, so he communicated with my roommate and myself to keep me looped in, and I came home to a running car! He also sent me a list (WITH pricing and a proper quote which I loved) of things I should be aware of to prevent further issues but was not at all pushy about it like most mechanics.
