Ben was awesome but my mechanic online service and customer service can use some work. They need to communicate better and not quote people on one service then add additional service later. Especially when the mechanic didn't recommend them.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. When he inspected the vehicle he found issues that were vital to be fixed. I’m glad he came by instead of me unsafely driving it to a mechanic.
