Arrived early which was great. His set up was very detailed, he had cardboard all under the engine so no oils would hit the concrete. Finished on time with no unforeseen issues.

Ronald was great. He was early, he was efficient, and he has integrity - he brought some parts that he thought he would need but realized that he wouldn't need them. He could've just pretended that he installed them, but he did the right thing and took them off the quote. 5 stars for Ronald, hands down.
