Really great service, gave me options, was on time, considerate, seems like a happy, easy going guy. Sings to himself when he works, which I thought was great.

Ira was very professional. Not only on time but early! When Ira arrived it was poring raining but he was patient and waited until it was safe to start his work. He was very detailed with the issue at hand and made sure I understood what my next steps should be. I would recommend Ira to all my family and friends.

David texted me to see if I would like to get the repairs done earlier than the appointment, which I happily agreed to. He arrived right on time, we talked for a few minutes and he went right to work. He was fully prepared and knew exactly what needed to be done and finished about 30 minutes sooner than he anticipated. No problems, no mess and he was polite, agreeable and professional the entire time he was here. Unlike regular shops and automotive technicians that work there, he had no problems with using the parts I purchased already. Since they make money off the marked up parts, some shops refuse to let customers supply their own parts. David knew and understood that I purchased upgraded components for a reason, something I appreciate quite a bit.
