Timely, professional, friendly and gave how to's pointers for my vehicle and answered my questions. My preference is to build relationships with people so that you don't have to continue experiencing "first" all the time, especially when a person gives quality service, I prefer to stick with them through my duration of doing business.

Andrew did a great job getting my Mercedes back up and running again with a new battery (and I also added in an oil change, which the car needed). He was friendly and knowledgeable about German autos; that will come in handy in the future, as we have had only Mercedes and Audis for many years and it's difficult to find a good mechanic whom you can trust to take good care of your car and get the job done quickly and well. He's definitely the one we'll call with any future repair needs!

Eduardo was great. My appt was scheduled for 3pm, but he called and offered to come earlier, which helped me out a lot. He was very fast and gave me some really good information about what low cost steps I should take first, before having any costly unnecessary repairs. I would definitely book him again.
