He was very nice, professional, explained what I needed and didn't need (which made my total less and I appreciate that he didn't charge me for something I didn't need). He called to inform me that he would be arriving a little late because he just finished with another customer and he was 49 minutes away which would make him 14 minutes late pass his time window of arrival. I greatly appreciated him calling me. Once here he gave me a time frame for my pre buy inspection and it was accurate.He did a thorough one and a half hour inspection on my Mercedes Benz and showed me features that I was not aware of and explained what he was finding along the way. I found him to be knowledgeable and courteous.
