2019 Lexus RC300 20,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Alex did a great job following up on his Check Engine inspection, during which he found rubber hoses leading air that required replacement. Lexus parts were ordered, but Lexus provided the wrong parts, and Alex had to go to more than one dealership seeking the correct replacement hoses. When it became clear that additional delay would occur (beyond that which had already delayed the repairs), he creatively purchased newer replacement hose material and cut it to fit the original hose connections. His actions were beyond expectations and resulted in newer parts than the original parts would have been, saving me time, money, and additional repairs had the older Lexus hoses been used. For his extra efforts, creativity, and thoroughness, I am extremely grateful, and I will be asking for Alex to provide service the next time(s) we need it.

David is a good mechanic if things didn’t go accordingly the first time he has you covered. As for me there was some rattling in my left brake assembly. Warranty still valid. David came back to my home and took care of the rattling. Everything now is sound solid Many Mahalos David 酪

After getting 2 cancellations from a different mechanic I was about ready to give up and take my car to the dealership. Arturo had an availability the following day and I was hesitant to book again but I did. He showed up on time and her was very friendly. He completed the service and was very informative afterwards. Recommended services in the future and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell me on unnecessary services since his recommendations were reasonable. Very happy with his work.
