Theodore did Great work as he has always done since I started using Your mechanic. I have nothing but High praise for his professional quality of work. I do on the other have major issues with the under handed tactics of Your mechanic in trying to keep a person's money in house credited to an account instead of giving credit for services not needed or not performed back to your Credit Card account where it should be credited.!!!!! They are among the worst businesses that try to do this!!!! For this reason I will stop recommending them!!!!!

YourMechanic provided the best technician to service my Lexus. It's difficult to find a mechanic you can trust. But Lavelle seemed to know everything about my car and was extremely patient as he assisted in resolving issues with my service contract over the phone with customer support. He was very professional and went above and beyond to aaccommodate my situation. I'll be requesting Lavelle from now on.

Bryan did an amazing and thorough job with this and my brakes and my throttle body. And he performed all of this work, having had an eye injury on another vehicle job. He was polite, professional and explained things and his recommendations. Was extremely pleased with him.
