Diego was on time, prepared, and thorough in his examination and diagnostic of my car. He explained the diagnostic results with me, and what might have to be done further due to some additional information. He completed the current correction and I had to schedule another appt. with him for further work and parts. He was very professional and friendly, and I trusted that he knew what he was doing. I will continue to ask for him when calling Your Mechanic.

Hard worker. Knew what he was doing. Very friendly. Reason for only 4 stars was he arrived 30 mins early. This did work out as my repair took longer than expected. But in general, showing up this early to a customer's house for an appt is annoying and rushes the client out their door prematurely. Either this company needs to say their mechanics might show up early as 30 mins, same as 30 mins late. Or next time park on the street and surf the web for a bit to kill time.
