I am very satisfied with Robert and the service. I honestly don't know how this could have worked out any better for me. He came a few minutes early, introduced himself and asked me to describe the problem. He knew exactly what to do and replaced the parts that I needed. He test drove my car to make sure everything was perfect. He showed me the bad parts and cleaned up when he was done. He's professional, very friendly, and went out of his way to accommodate me.
