1994 Ford Aerostar 36,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

This is my second Wrench experience this with Manny as the technician. Immediately he put my mind at ease so I could take care of personal matters while he replaced a water pump and notified my when done. Great service was provided to me.

Scott was friendly, courteous and on time. Too many times you schedule a technician to come to your house and they give you a three hour window. Scott was five minutes early and complete the job within the time quoted. I would highly recommend Scott for another job. I’m already booking another appointment with Scott to fix another vehicle of mine. Their prices are so much better than a shop. Thanks again Scott

Excellent customer service by Walter. I needed a diag to do repairs myself, he was there less than 2hrs after I called! He was extremely thorough both with testing and with explaining how things work and what exactly needed to be done. He was very friendly, went above and beyond to make sure everything was very clear to me, and gave me a shopping list of things to buy at the parts store. 10/10 would recommend Walter, thanks for everything man!
