Yesterday was the second time I used You Mechanic for at home service and Jay again went above and beyond what was expected. As a disabled/retired car guy myself it was hard to hand off my mechanical chores to someone else, but Jay is a Godsend, I can now rest easy now that I have a mechanic who performs and cares as I have my whole life. Duane was awesome! I will definitely book Duane again to work on my truck. My fuel pump died on a Friday afternoon and I couldn't get to work that night. I had my truck diagnosed by another mechanic at MyMechanic on Saturday to make sure it was the fuel pump. Then I booked a Sunday appointment to have Duane do the repair so I could get back on the road and not miss work on Monday. Duane did my repair on his normal day off and even went to get the parts himself when he found out that they wouldn't be available from his normal supplier until late Sunday afternoon, which would have forced me to reschedule the appointment to another day. Truck is running great and I found an excellent mechanic!

Knowledgeable and kind. John talked to me and explained the system to me as if I were an equal. I appreciate learning and understanding my vehicle so I can take better care of it. I look forward to working with John in the future to keep my ride going.
