This is the first time I have used YourMechanic. What a great experience. Chris communicated with me to let me know he could arrive early if I wanted. He was very professional and methodical in diagnosing my A/C problem. Chris is very knowledgeable and personable and explains what he is thinking while he is troubleshooting every step of the way. He was able to determine that my A/C blowing hot air at idle issue was most likely due to a condenser fan that wasn't working. I made the arrangements for Chris to replace the condenser fan and do an oil change at the same time. I'm stoked! Thanks Chris!

Not really a person to give remarks about someones performance whether good or bad but I was impressed by his knowledge of vehicle. Kev was able to help when I was at my wits end trying to figure out the problem. Thanks to him, my charger is back up and running and it only took about 25 mins the rest of the time. The rest of the time he answered questions about the vehicle that i had as well as information on another vehicle i own. I would definitely use this guy again and will recommend him to anyone i know. He's very professional and knowledgeable.
