1993 Dodge B150 135,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Not only was been on time and EXTREMELY courteous and professional, but he noticed that the last place that worked on my truck didn't tighten the caliper bolts down and that the calipers were shaking around and causing the grinding in my brakes. He could have gone through with the full service and lied about it but he was 100% HONEST - a rare thing in today's world. Instead of leaving to find if someone "might" have the part - he had a couple of bolts that fit perfectly from his own supply! Ben saved me over $100 and had me back on the road in no time. Oh and I should mention that it was raining off and on - and Ben never missed a beat. I'll be using Ben as my regular mechanic from now on! And for all of y'all in Cypress... Ben's an avid deer & hog hunter! A big plus in my book!

Rashad was very polite. He was running behind and called BEFORE the appt to let me know this which many don’t do. My appt was later in the day so I wouldn’t have blamed him if he rescheduled but he still showed up and did an excellent job. He changed oil quick and did very detailed diagnostic.
