2018 BMW X2 60,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Chris was great but could not do the work. Your Mechanic should never booked the appointment. I spoke to a rep for assistance with the booking. Chris couldn't do the work. I have asked for my money refunded or at least since I received no service. I called and spoke with another representative and he said I would not get a refund. That is unfair. I would call on Chris again but I am very disappointed the company sent him out when they knew he couldn't do the work. Chris gets a 10 but your company is getting a zero, Jennifer Reed

Theodore did a great job with my BMW. He changed the front brakes (pads and rotors), brake fluid flush, and oil change. He was on time, and did an excellent job. I'd definitely recommend Theodore and I will continue to give him my business in the future.

Jay showed up right on schedule and started to work, right away. He scanned the car trouble codes and knew exactly what needed to be done. As if he owned the car. Very friendly, knowledgeable personality, which is such a relief to come from a car mechanic. Jay answered all the questions that I had asked... I definitely would recommend Jay to anyone that needs work on their cars... in fact, I wouldn’t want anyone else working on mine!
